How do I place an order?
All you have to do is call me at 913-530-3983 and tell me what you’d like to do. I can walk you through the process and even offer suggestions if you’re not 100% certain about your design ideas yet.
What kind of paint do you use?
All of our paint jobs use high-end polyurethane paint and are base coat/clear coat unless the you specify otherwise.
This type of finish is durable, easy to care for, and has an exceptional gloss.
All of our paint work is done in a Cross-Flow paint booth, which eliminates nearly all the contaminates in the air such as dust & micro-trash that inevitably gets into many paint jobs.
How long will it take?
We’ll discuss turnaround time once we figure out how much work your instrument will require. You’ll also get progress updates as we work.
What if I change my mind?
Once Midwest Custom Guitar Paint begins a custom order, the order can not be canceled.
If changes are requested while the order is in progress, we will do our best to accommodate. Depending upon how far along your order is, changes may not always be possible.
Can I return it if I don’t like it?
All sales are final unless otherwise specified by Midwest Custom Guitar Paint in writing.
Do I get a warranty?
We do stand behind our work! If there is a problem with your custom finish, just contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll work out a solution with you.
Please be sure that you understand, and agree with these terms before you make your purchase! A purchase constitutes full acceptance and agreement with these terms.
